Miss Ernie is a native Chicagoan, graphic designer and artist. She is a grad from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She is interested in design for change. At Benton House she hopes to have an impact through her design and photography. She is an advocate for food justice, immigrant rights, gender equity, and education rights. Above all she is constantly inspired by the people she meets, and has a true thirst for creative adventures. You may find her dancing, drooling over street art, or enjoying life's daily humor.
