Soup and Bread Success!
Thanks to the great staff and chefs at the Hideout and to all who came out on February 2 for the Soup and Bread event! It was great to see the familiar faces of a lot of our volunteers who came out, as well as many new faces! Through all of your support, we were able to raise $775 to support the Benton House Food Pantry!
This event topped off our Benton House "Food Pantry Day." Earlier in the afternoon, a group of Benton House staff and volunteers went to the Greater Chicago Food Depository to volunteer. Thanks to the volunteers who joined us!
