Senior Programs
Golden Diners
Benton House in conjunction with the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services, sponsors the Golden Diners program. It provides hot, nutritious meals, Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m.. This program is for anyone aged 60 or older, the spouse of someone 60 or older who is attending, or those collecting SSI benefits. A voluntary donation is encouraged for those who attend in order to offset some of the costs.

There are also a variety of activities for seniors during the week ranging from movie days, bingo, and entertainment. Exercise classes for seniors are held in the gym building twice a week.
For more information, or to register for meals (reservations at least three days in advance is requested), please contact Joyce Lennon, Senior Programs Coordinator at 773-927-6420.
