Every Monday and Wednesday these lovely ladies gather to bring forth their youthful spirit and energy to the dance floor. The group is led by Kris LigonExercises include strength training, aerobics, toning + flexibility, and relaxation.  Afterwards, seniors enjoy coffee, snacks, and conversation. 

The senior exercise has continued a trajectory since the 1980's ranging from jazz-exercise to the current fitness/aerobics class. Elaine who has been around since then, expresses her appreciation:

"It keeps me flexible and helps with my arthritis, otherwise I would be as stiff as a board."
